Tai Chi Chuan - Yang Style
I teach the modified Yang Style 108 Long Form of Tai Chi Chuan along with Push Hands. Grand Master Min Pai learned this form directly from one of Yang Cheng Fu's top students, Cheng Man-Ch'ing. Master Pai modified this form and made it a more balanced and effective full body exercise.
I have been practicing Tai Chi since 1995 after receiving my Black Belt in Karate from Grand Master Pai. I learned Tai Chi directly from Master Pai and his senior students at that time. I have continued my practices in Tai Chi for more than 15 years and have been teaching it for 3 years.
In Tai Chi, each movement flows into the next. The entire body is always in motion, with the movements performed gently and at uniform speed. It is considered important to keep the body upright, especially the upper body-many tai chi practitioners use the image of a string that goes from the top of the head into the heavens-and to let the body's weight sink to the soles of the feet.

Push Hands is a 2 person exercise which helps you develop sensitivity, strength and grounding. We pride ourselves in this amazing exercise which is a full body workout when done correctly. We have interacted with many Master's and advanced students of other systems and styles and we believe our techniques are among the best. We welcome anyone to come down and push with us to experience this amazing and energizing exercise.
When you possess internal power a bigger opponent seems small to you. When you don't have it, a smaller opponent will appear bigger.
